Miniweb Acquires SkyKeys/Internet Sites Service from BSkyB

As a valued SkyNet Site owner/developer, we wanted you to be one of the first to know that Miniweb Interactive has completed a management buy-out of the assets and infrastructure of the SkyNet e-business portal and licensed the interactive TV browser technology from BSkyB. You may be wondering what this announcement means for you. Well, it's all good news.

Operationally, nothing is changing - key skills and personnel from SkyNet have already transferred to Miniweb. We have in fact been managing the service in the background for the last few months.

More excitingly, as we move forward we are revitalizing the TV Site offering on Sky and bringing a new kind of web-style of interactivity to the platform. We value your continued loyalty, and we aim to make things even better. For now, all you need to do is watch this space - we just wanted to share the news with you.
